The Thai-Finnish Chamber of Commerce (T-FCC) has invited the other Nordic Chambers and the Irish Chamber's Members and guests to join their next event: Date: Wednesday, 11th March 2009 Time: 18.00 - 21.30 hrs. Venue: EasyKart, Bangkok RCA (www.easykart.net) Cost: Driver (adult) THB 3,000 Driver (child age 7-13) THB 700 Food & Drinks only: Non-driver (adult) THB 700 Non-driver (child age 7-13) free of charge This 'Go-Karting Race T-FCC Open' – "VOLVO Cup" event is a family event, non-drivers are also welcome. Now is the time to see who the best drivers in Bangkok are, and especially which nationalities they represent. Buffet and drinks will be available from 18:30 hrs which non-drivers can enjoy from the comfort of an air-conditioned area that overlooks the indoor racing track. Unlimited driving during the event, 3 separate kinds of karts and separate heats for each class: For kids 7-13 years old, for beginners 160 cc karts and 270 cc karts for experienced drivers. Cars are easy to operate, no previous Go-Kart driving experience needed. They have automatic transmission and just two pedals; break and accelerate! All equipment for drivers provided by EasyKart; helmet, shoes and driving suit. Of course you can bring your own shoes, gloves and helmet also! The Grand final will be with 270 cc karts with 3 drivers per national teams and with each driver driving 10 minutes. For drivers, unlimited Warsteiner beer after the race and for spectators all evening and of course soft drinks are also available.
